Login To Webcom

Hover over TMS and select Terminals.

Filter terminals

Use the Filter function to locate a terminal. Enter the PTID number and click filter.

Edit terminal

Click the pencil icon next to relevant terminals.

Set configuration download

  1. Tick Download Required.

  2. Select 'Software Download' as 'No'

  3. Set Config Download to Mandatory.

Select Configuration File

Select your desired configuration file if you require one.

If you need to create a configuration file please the Creating Terminal Configuration Guide.

Set Schedule

Select 'Next Contact' if you would like the update to occur when the terminal is next used. Select 'Maintenance Window' if you would like the update to occur during your maintenance window (By default this is set to 12am-6am).

Update

Press Update to apply the configuration update.

If you have selected 'Next Contact' please reboot the terminal to allow the update to pull through.

If you have selected 'Maintenance Window' please reboot the terminal first thing the following morning.

Please also ensure the terminals are connected to the network or else they will be unable to pull the update down.
