Hover over TMS and select Terminals Config Allocations.

#### Select Download Type

Select Software Update

#### Download Version

Select your desired download version.

We would not advise you to downgrade terminals that are on 2.10.0.26 or lower.&#x20;

You can downgrade 2.10.0.35 back to 2.10.0.26 if needed.&#x20;

#### Download Options

Select Mandatory from the drop down menu.

#### Terminal Options

Either select:&#x20;

* By PTID - *You can select terminals by their PTID.*
* All System Terminals - *All terminals on the system (Not recommended if you have a large estate).*
* Distribution List - *You can select by distribution list already created. (Please refer to page 50 on the* [*Webcom Manual*](/webcom-manual/webcom-manual.md)*).*

#### Image Group

Select your desired Terminal Image Group if required.&#x20;

#### Enter PTID

If you have selected 'By PTID' in step 6 please either select;

* Select from list - Use the drop down list to find and select the desired PTID
* Enter PTID - Enter the desired PTID and press Add.

Note: If you have multiple terminals you will need to add them in one at a time before moving on to step 9.&#x20;

#### Preview
