Enable/Disable Merchant Reference

Login To Webcom

Navigate To Accounts
Hover over TMS and select Accounts.

Locate Account
Filter the account by Account Name / Site Name / Account ID

Edit Account
Press the pencil icon on the desired account to open up the menu options.

Enable/Disable Merchant Reference
Amend merchant reference option to your desired settings.

Update
Press Update to save the changes
If you have amended the Refund Pin, please then apply a config update to ensure the terminal is on the latest account settings. Please see the Configuration Update Guide.
