How To Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily request a new one.

Enter Your Details

To begin, please enter your Merchant System ID and Username in the fields provided.

Request a Password Reset

Once your details are entered, click the Send Email button. An email containing instructions and a system-generated temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with your username.

Important Note

You will have 20 minutes from the time the email is received to reset your password. If the password is not reset within this timeframe, you will need to request a new temporary password.

Update Your Password

After logging in with the temporary password, we strongly recommend updating it to a secure password of your choice. For guidance on updating your password, please refer to the Change Password section.
