### **Enter Your Details**

To begin, please enter your **Merchant System ID** and **Username** in the fields provided.

### **Request a Password Reset**

Once your details are entered, click the **Send Email** button.\
An email containing instructions and a system-generated temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with your username.

#### **Important Note**

You will have **20 minutes** from the time the email is received to reset your password.\
If the password is not reset within this timeframe, you will need to request a new temporary password.

### **Update Your Password**

After logging in with the temporary password, we strongly recommend updating it to a secure password of your choice.\
