You can update your password at any time for improved security.

Access the Password Change Option
Click your email address located in the top-right corner of the screen.
A menu will appear with the option to update your password.

Password Requirements
For security purposes, your new password must meet the following criteria:
At least 8 characters long
Includes 1 digit
Includes 1 lowercase letter
Includes 1 uppercase letter
Includes 1 special character (e.g., * ! # % @)
Must not contain the words pass, word, or god
Must not contain any whitespace
The ability to change your own password depends on your system permissions.
If the Own Password Change option is not enabled for your user group, you will not be able to update your password directly.
In this case, please contact your WebCom system administrator for assistance.
Password Expiry
To comply with PCI DSS requirements, you will be prompted to change your password every 90 days.
If your organisation requires passwords to expire more frequently, please contact the PAYware Ocius Merchant Helpdesk.
Failed Login Attempts
If there have been any unsuccessful login attempts, you will be notified the next time you log in successfully.
