How to Force a Heartbeat

1. Access the Sale Screen After logging in, go to the Sale screen.

2. Open the Menu Tap the blue banner at the top of the screen.

3. Navigate to Supervisor Press the down arrow until you see Supervisor, then select it.

4. Enter Supervisor Password Input the Supervisor password (default is 12345, unless changed). If you have amended this please refer to page 43 on the Webcom Manual.

5. Select Force Heartbeat Choose Force Heartbeat from the options.

6. Choose Heartbeat Type Select either:

   • Regular Heartbeat

   • Maintenance Heartbeat

7. Device Update The terminal will now pull the latest information and packages from VHQ.
