# Unexpected Login ID

1. **Verify Login ID** \
   Ensure the login ID is correct for the account/MID combination you want to use.
2. **Replace Account** \
   After the error appears, press Replace Account.
3. **Enter Manager PIN** \
   The device will prompt for the Manager PIN (default is 12345) If you have amended this please refer to <mark style="color:purple;">page 43</mark> on the [Webcom Manual](/webcom-manual/webcom-manual.md).
4. **Update Account Settings** \
   The device will update the account settings and return to the main screen.
