Reports Failed on the Terminal

  1. Check for Transactions Ensure the terminal has processed transactions today. You can verify this via Webcom – refer to page 73 in the Webcom Manual.

  2. Check Account Name for Special Characters Make sure the account name does not contain special characters (e.g., &, /, -). To check and amend, refer to page 29 in the Webcom Manual.

  3. Apply a Configuration Update If you changed the account name in Webcom, mark your terminal(s) for a configuration update.

  4. Reboot the Terminal Once the update is complete, reboot the terminal(s) and try generating the report again.
