Printer Not Working

In cases where receipts print only partially, performing a cold restart of the terminal will resolve the issue.

  1. Switch the Terminal Off Hold down the red X button for 10 seconds until the terminal powers down.

  2. Remove All Power Sources Ensure the terminal is not charging and is disconnected from any power supply.

  3. Leave the Terminal Off Wait for 5 minutes to allow the device to perform a cold restart.

  4. Switch the Terminal Back On Hold down the green 0 button until the terminal powers back on.

  5. Perform a Test Transaction Log in and process a £0.01 test transaction to confirm the screen is functioning correctly.

If the issue is still persisting a configuration update may be needed.
