# Contactless Not Working

1. **Power Off the Terminal** \
   Hold down the red X button until the device turns off.
2. **Mark for Configuration Update** \
   Log in to Webcom and mark the terminal for a default [configuration update](https://app.gitbook.com/s/h8YwxCIRrQdV5nug7rNE/terminals/configuration-update).
3. **Power On the Terminal** \
   Hold down the green button until the device turns back on.
4. **Perform a Test Transaction** \
   Try a test transaction to confirm the contactless reader is working.
