# Waiting For Merchant Login **Terminal is Integrated**\ If the terminal is integrated but stuck on the “Waiting for Merchant Login” screen, it means the terminal is not receiving a login command.\ Check the following: * **Send a Transaction**\ To begin a sale, send the transaction from your EPOS system. This will automatically prompt the terminal to log in, connect, and display the sale so you can continue with the payment. * **Verify Network Connection**\ Ensure the terminal is connected to the network.
