Red Dot Error

If you see a red dot in the top-right corner of the main screen, it means there is an offline transaction stored on the device that has not yet been submitted.

  1. Check Network Connection Ensure the terminal is connected to the network (Restart the network interface if needed).

  2. Send Offline Transactions Please refer to the Send Offline Transaction Guide.

  3. If the Issue Still Persists Please Contact Support to log a replacement terminal.
