Contactless Not Working
If your terminal is not prompting to contactless symbol and only asks customers to insert their card, please follow the below:
Power Off the Terminal Hold down the red X button until the device turns off.
Mark for Configuration Update Log in to Webcom and mark the terminal for a default configuration update.
Power On the Terminal Hold down the green button until the device turns back on.
Perform a Test Transaction Try a test transaction to confirm the contactless reader is working.
If Still Not Working Please Contact Support.
