Contactless Not Working

If your terminal is not prompting to contactless symbol and only asks customers to insert their card, please follow the below:

  1. Power Off the Terminal Hold down the red X button until the device turns off.

  2. Mark for Configuration Update Log in to Webcom and mark the terminal for a default configuration update.

  3. Power On the Terminal Hold down the green button until the device turns back on.

  4. Perform a Test Transaction Try a test transaction to confirm the contactless reader is working.

  5. If Still Not Working Please Contact Support.
