Terminal Software Update – Version 2.10.0.43

Verifone have now released a new software for your Verifone payment terminal. This applies to P400, V240m, V200c and E285 devices.

What's New

  • Online refunds – you can now process refunds online directly from the terminal.

  • Deferred authorisation – added support for authorising eligible transactions at a later point.

  • Automatic security key renewal – your terminal now renews its transaction encryption keys automatically before they expire, so there's no interruption to taking payments.

What You Need To Do

Please ensure you're on a software version of 2.10.0.26 or above before performing this upgrade.

Please follow one of the guides below to update a single terminal or multiple.

Please allow up to 1 hour for the update to complete and leave the terminal alone during that time. Interrupting an update can stop it from finishing properly.
