# Terminal Software Update – Version 2.10.0.43

### What's New

* **Online refunds** – you can now process refunds online directly from the terminal.
* **Deferred authorisation** – added support for authorising eligible transactions at a later point.
* **Automatic security key renewal** – your terminal now renews its transaction encryption keys automatically before they expire, so there's no interruption to taking payments.

### **What You Need To Do**

**Please ensure you're on a software version of 2.10.0.26 or above before performing this upgrade.**

**Please follow one of the guides below to update a single terminal or multiple.**

Please allow up to **1 hour** for the update to complete and **leave the terminal alone** during that time. Interrupting an update can stop it from finishing properly.
