How To Locate The Serial Number

You can find your terminal’s serial number in two ways

Physical Serial Number Sticker

1. Remove the back panel of the terminal.
2. Carefully lift the battery without disconnecting it.
3. Locate the sticker above the barcode.
4. The Serial Number is in this format: S/N XXX-XXX-XXX.

Serial Number in Software

1. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner of the screen.
2. Select About.
3. The serial number will be listed as Hardware Device ID.
