# Battery Fault

#### Step 1:  Try to Power On the Device

1. Press and hold **Volume Up + Power** together for **30 seconds**.
2. Check if the device turns on
   * **Yes** – Your battery is working correctly and the device is operational.
   * **No** – Please continue to Step 2.

#### Step 2: Connect the Device to a Charger

1. Plug the device into a charger.
2. Look for a **red LED indicator light**.
   * **If the red LED is blinking:**

     This means the battery is charging.

     * Wait until the red LED turns **off** (this usually takes about **15 minutes**).
     * Once the LED turns off, press the **Power** button to turn on the device.

   * If there is no LED light or no charging indication:

     * This indicates a possible battery fault.
     * Please contact the Helpdesk to raise the terminal for a replacement.

   * If the red LED continues blinking and does not turn off:
     * This indicates a battery fault.
     * Please contact the Helpdesk to raise the terminal for a replacement.
