Battery Fault

Follow the simple steps below to check whether your device battery is working correctly.

Step 1: Try to Power On the Device

  1. Press and hold Volume Up + Power together for 30 seconds.

  2. Check if the device turns on

    • Yes – Your battery is working correctly and the device is operational.

    • No – Please continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Connect the Device to a Charger

  1. Plug the device into a charger.

  2. Look for a red LED indicator light.

    • If the red LED is blinking:

      This means the battery is charging.

      • Wait until the red LED turns off (this usually takes about 15 minutes).

      • Once the LED turns off, press the Power button to turn on the device.

    • If there is no LED light or no charging indication:

      • This indicates a possible battery fault.

      • Please contact the Helpdesk to raise the terminal for a replacement.

    • If the red LED continues blinking and does not turn off:

      • This indicates a battery fault.

      • Please contact the Helpdesk to raise the terminal for a replacement.
