How To Void Transactions

Learn how to quickly void a transaction by selecting it from your order history, choosing a reason, and confirming with your password.

From the main screen, tap the three horizontal lines to open the Connect Express administration menu.

Go to Order History or Transaction History

Find the transaction you want to void:

• Select it from the list, or

• Use the magnifying glass to search.

Tap Void.

Choose a reason and tap Submit.

Enter your password and tap Enter.
