How To Perform Customer Not Present Transactions

Customer Not Present transactions are used when the cardholder isn’t in-store. Card details can be taken by phone or mail.

Enter the transaction amount, then tap “Other.”

Select “Manual Card Entry.”

Choose “Phone Order.”

Enter the full card number and tap Enter.

Enter the expiry date and tap Enter.

Enter the CVC and tap Enter.

If prompted, enter the customer’s address details.

If prompted, choose the receipt option you prefer.
