How To Perform A Refund

Transaction on the day cannot be refunded however you can void these. Please see the How To Void Transaction Guide.

On the Payment screen, enter the refund amount.

Tap Other, then select Refund.

Enter the Cashier passcode for security.

The refund amount will appear on the screen tap Card or Mobile.

The customer can:

• Insert, swipe, or tap their original payment card/device, or

• Refund via APMs by selecting them on the screen.

The terminal will process the authorization and approval.

Choose a receipt option.
