Clear Entity ID And POIUID

From the payment app screen, swipe down from the top of the display.

Tap the 9-box grid icon next to the Wi-Fi symbol to open the Launcher.

Open Device Manager.

Select Host Param Options.

Enter your Admin Code.

Please contact the Help Desk to obtain your Admin Code.

Scroll down and choose “Clear EntityID and POIUID.”

You should see a message saying “Entity Data deleted.”

Restart the terminal.
