Testing Chip Reader

Open App Launcher

1. Slide down on the payment screen from the top.

2. Select the 9 box grid symbol at the top next to the Wifi Icon.

Diagnostics

Select Diagnostics.

Card Reader Test

Scroll down and select Card Reader Test.

View Card Reader Test

You will now be able to view the result to see if your card reader function is working or not.

You will need to insert a card to check this.
