#### Open App Launcher

1. Slide down on the payment screen from the top.

2. Select the 9 box grid symbol at the top next to the Wifi Icon.

#### **Diagnostics**

Select Diagnostics.

#### Network Information

Select Network Information.

#### View Network Information

You will be able to view network status, Device IP, Connectivity type and Preferred SIM.&#x20;
