Network Information Check

Open App Launcher

  1. Slide down on the payment screen from the top.

  2. Select the 9 box grid symbol at the top next to the Wifi Icon.

Diagnostics

Select Diagnostics.

Network Information

Select Network Information.

View Network Information

You will be able to view network status, Device IP, Connectivity type and Preferred SIM.
