Merchant Information

You can use this guide to check the Merchant ID and the Terminal ID linked to your terminal.

Please note: The guide below is based on the terminal’s default configuration settings. If your terminal has custom settings, some steps may vary. If you need any help or have questions, please Contact Support if you require further assistance.

Open App Launcher

1. Slide down on the payment screen from the top.

2. Select the 9 box grid symbol at the top next to the Wifi Icon.

Diagnostics

Select Diagnostics.

Merchant Information

Select Merchant Information.

View Information

You wil now be able to view your Merchant ID and Terminal ID.
