Open App Launcher
Slide down on the payment screen from the top.
Select the Cog icon at the top next to the Wifi Icon.

Diagnostics
Select Diagnostics.

SAF Diagnostics
Select SAF Diagnostics.

Delete Pending Reversals
Select any pending reversals listed, which can be shown by a pending value, and select the option to 'Delete'.
It will prompt to enter the Admin Code (Please contact the Help Desk to obtain this).
