#### Open App Launcher

1. Slide down on the payment screen from the top.

2. Select the Cog icon at the top next to the Wifi Icon.

#### Diagnostics

Select Diagnostics.

#### SAF Diagnostics

Select SAF Diagnostics.

#### Delete Pending Reversals

Select any pending reversals listed, which can be shown by a pending value, and select the option to 'Delete'.

It will prompt to enter the Admin Code (Please contact the Help Desk to obtain this).
