To restart the Network Interface on the terminal, please follow the below;
Open the Main Menu
Press the * button on the terminal keypad or tap the Verifone banner.
Go to Supervisor Menu
Select Supervisor and enter the password (default is 12345, unless changed). If you have amended this please refer to page 43 on the Webcom Manual.
Open Communication
Settings Select Communication.
Access More Options
Tap More.
Open Configuration
Select Configuration.
Restart Network Interface
Tap Start/Restart Network Interface.
Choose Connection Method
Select the connection type you are currently using (e.g., Wi-Fi or Lan).
Config Started:
The terminal will state Interface started if it has established a connection.
Config Failed:
The terminal will state an error message with a Red X. This will either be related to a network issue or the terminal not having the network setup.
