Restart Network Interface

To restart the Network Interface on the terminal, please follow the below;

  • Open the Main Menu Press the * button on the terminal keypad or tap the Verifone banner.

  • Go to Supervisor Menu Select Supervisor and enter the password (default is 12345, unless changed). If you have amended this please refer to page 43 on the Webcom Manual.

  • Open Communication Settings Select Communication.

  • Access More Options Tap More.

  • Open Configuration Select Configuration.

  • Restart Network Interface Tap Start/Restart Network Interface.

  • Choose Connection Method Select the connection type you are currently using (e.g., Wi-Fi or Lan).

    1. Config Started: The terminal will state Interface started if it has established a connection.

    2. Config Failed: The terminal will state an error message with a Red X. This will either be related to a network issue or the terminal not having the network setup.
