Unexpected Login ID
The message “Unexpected Login ID” means the user tried to log in with a different login ID than the one used previously.
Verify Login ID Ensure the login ID is correct for the account/MID combination you want to use.
Replace Account After the error appears, press Replace Account.
Enter Manager PIN The device will prompt for the Manager PIN (default is 12345) If you have amended this please refer to page 43 on the Webcom Manual.
Update Account Settings The device will update the account settings and return to the main screen.
