# HVP Not Working (Apple/Google Pay)

1. **Power Off the Terminal** \
   Hold down the red X button until the device turns off.
2. **Mark for Configuration Update** \
   Log in to Webcom and mark the terminal for a default [configuration update](/webcom-tms/terminals/configuration-update.md).
3. **Power On the Terminal** \
   Hold down the green button until the device turns back on.
4. **Perform a Test Transaction** \
   Try a test transaction to confirm the contactless reader is working.
5. **If Still Not Working** \
   Please [Contact Support](https://my.verifone.com/s/supportbyemail) and state you have tried a configuration update.
