Waiting For Merchant Login

Terminal is Integrated If the terminal is integrated but stuck on the “Waiting for Merchant Login” screen, it means the terminal is not receiving a login command. Check the following:

  • Verify Network Connection Ensure the terminal is connected to the network. (Network Restart Guide)

  • Check IP Configuration in EPOS Software Confirm the terminal has the correct IP addresses entered. (IP Setup Guide)

  • Confirm Login Command Format Ensure the EPOS system is sending the login command in the correct format. If you are unsure of this please obtain you EPOS logs from your EPOS provider and email them to Contact Support.


Terminal is NOT Integrated If the terminal is not integrated but shows “Waiting for Merchant Login”, integration mode is enabled, which prevents manual login. To disable integration and allow manual login please see the Standalone Mode Guide.
